Standaard: avwijchen.nl upgraded to Zikula

avwijchen.nl is now upgraded to Zikula 1.1 from postnuke 0.764. The process was in the end quite some work, but everything went ok.

In the upgrade I also updated the theme from some pnthemeyaml based one into a Blanktheme one. The yaml css framework gives flexibility and xbrowser compatibility.

I still use pagesetter and ps-static-content for static pages, but intend to change that to Pages or Content later on.

The formexpress and feproc forms were updated to formicula, which was a lot of work.
